Terms of Service

Effective 19 June 2026 · Last updated 19 June 2026

These terms govern your use of LandMan, the station-management app and website operated by Bellator Park Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "LandMan"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What you get

A licence to use LandMan on your devices for the purpose of managing your station (or stations you're invited to). The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable for cause.

2. Account responsibilities

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

4. Your data, your property

You own the data you put into LandMan — paddock boundaries, cattle records, photos, notes, everything. We hold a licence to store, process, and display it only for the purpose of providing the service. We will not sell, rent, or look at it for any other purpose. The Privacy Policy covers data handling in detail.

On cancellation you can export your data via Settings → Export (GeoJSON + CSV). We delete it within 30 days of account deletion per the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. The vegetation / PMAV layer disclaimer

LandMan displays Queensland Regulated Vegetation Management Map data sourced from the Department of Resources via QSpatial WMS. This information is provided for situational awareness only.

The PMAV layer is NOT a legal substitute for a verified property map of assessable vegetation, a registered surveyor's advice, or the Department of Resources' own confirmation. Clearing decisions remain your responsibility. We don't warrant the accuracy or completeness of the underlying mapping.

7. Safety and crew tracking

LandMan's crew tracking, panic button, and missed-check-in features are best-effort tools designed to assist station operations. They are not a substitute for a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB), satellite phone, or the Australian emergency services. In a life-threatening situation always call 000 first.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but provide no guaranteed SLA on consumer plans. Enterprise customers have separate SLA terms in their contract. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible. We can't be responsible for outages caused by third parties (Supabase, AWS, Apple, your internet provider).

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where they apply non-excludably.

10. Termination

You can terminate any time by deleting your account. We can terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that materially harms other users or us. We'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to remedy where practicable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute that can't be resolved by direct discussion goes to the courts of Queensland.
